# Boosting the Cyberworkforce

One of the biggest challenges that organizations face as they try to keep up with the growing number of cyberattacks is finding workers with the right skills. As ITIF’s Daniel Castro writes for *Government Technology* Magazine, some states are addressing this problem head on. Programs in states such as Georgia, Massachusetts, Virginia, and Ohio offer lessons for other states on how to increase the supply of cybersecurity professionals.
