Overcoming the China Challenge
China's "Made in China 2025" plan involves more than just pulling up its own bootstraps through fair and above-board means. China engages in egregious “innovation mercantilism,” including massive tech subsidies and forced tech transfer, all designed to have China replace America as the global tech leader.
