4 Ways New Chairman Can Create An Innovation-Friendly FTC

The U.S. Senate Commerce Committee recently held a confirmation hearing for four nominees to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). Once confirmed, the FTC will be operating with an entirely new slate of commissioners, including Joseph Simons, a corporate antitrust lawyer tapped by President Trump to be the new FTC chairman.
