Why Secretary Perry’s Flip-Flop on Agency He Now Leads Is a Good Thing

Energy Secretary Rick Perry once proposed eliminating the very department he now heads. He has since expressed his regret about this, recognizing the critical work being done there, writes David Hart in The Hill.
