Paris Climate Talks Need to Focus on Innovation
As representatives of nearly 200 countries convene in Paris, many are hailing COP 21 as an historic “turning point” in global climate policy. To support the necessary clean energy innovation, countries should increase their investments in R&D to at least $100 billion per year.
