Genuine U.S. Action Will Only Follow a Global Re-think

If the U.S is to convince other nations that it can be a leader on climate policy it must redirect its efforts from uninspired emissions reduction commitments towards significantly increased investments in energy innovation. This is the only way we can truly make clean energy deployable around the world.
