In response to an article by ARPA-E Director Arun Majumdar in National Journal, Matt Stepp reflects on the programs needed to expand the clean energy economy. We need more support for programs like ARPA-E and the Hubs to rapidly translate new technology solutions to market. To take the clean economy to the next level, we need our policy focus to be on innovation.
