Victor Mulas

Victor Mulas leads the agenda of Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Cities at the World Bank. He is also the Program Lead of Innovation Acceleration. Victor specializes in catalyzing and supporting innovation startup ecosystems for economic and employment growth. This includes absorption of innovation by the local economy and development of new sources of growth and employability. Victor leads frontier research in startup ecosystem key success factors and experimental skills trainings for rapid employability. His lines of work also include development of internal innovation and application of open innovation in private and public sector. His scope of work is global with practical engagements in the field.
