Surya Durvasula
Surya “Suri” Durvasula, vice president of civilian agencies for Dell Technologies Federal, is responsible for the full portfolio of enterprise systems, software, services, and client solutions. Suri leads a team focused on providing government customers with the mission-critical IT solutions they need. He currently serves on the advisory board of the National Patrol Foundation. Suri and his team are participants of AFCEA Bethesda, ACT-IAC, G2Xchanges, SpaceCom, and Homeland Security & Defense Forum.
Suri is an accomplished sales and operations leader with 21 years of experience with Dell Technologies including roles spanning sales and services across state & local government, education, commercial, and federal customers. Prior to taking this new role, Suri led the federal operations and enablement teams, focusing on translating business execution to customer success. He was responsible for driving federal compliance requirements to ensure Dell’s compliance with the regulations of FAR and DFARS (Federal Acquisition Regulations and Defense Supplement).
He is active in his community and works with charities including the Children’s Inn at NIH, Border Patrol Foundation, and USCC Cyber Camps. Suri received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland. He is a husband and father of three daughters who lives with his family in Silver Spring, Maryland. Besides spending time with his family, Suri likes to read, play board games, and travel.
