Spencer Davis
Spencer Davis is a government relations manager at ITIF. Prior to joining ITIF, Spencer founded two diverse, multi-sectoral organizations dedicated to advancing American innovation and workforce, the Alliance for mRNA Medicines and the American Indian Medical Education Strategies (AIMES) Alliance.
Davis also served as a federal policy consultant at Leavitt Partners, an HMA Company where he provided government affairs and policy counsel and analysis to clients on areas including national security, Tribal affairs, HHS processes, and congressional affairs. His previous experiences also include working for the Hawai'i Public Health Institute, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, a non-profit law firm in St. Louis, MO, and the Utah County, Utah Government.
Spencer received his Bachelor of Science from Brigham Young University in public health and health promotion, and his Juris Doctor from Saint Louis University.
