Scot McLemore

Scot McLemore, manager at Honda North America, Inc., is responsible for strategy development of Honda’s future technical workforce. Prior to this assignment, he served as the Unit Manager of Corporate Technical Development for Honda of America Mfg., Inc.

McLemore’s career at Honda spans twenty-six years including both Engineering and Human Resource functions focusing on Technical Development. He began his career with Honda in 1990 as a manufacturing engineer in the Welding department of the Marysville Auto Plant, Marysville, Ohio.

McLemore has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Integrated Manufacturing Technology from PurdueUniversity.
