Richard Campbell
Rich Campbell is the Federal Chief Technologist with EMC focusing on Federal strategy. Prior to joining EMC, Mr. Campbell spent 13 years with Cisco in various systems engineering roles supporting federal customers specifically for Cisco’s Data Center Technologies and Solutions. In addition, he was a Senior Systems Engineer residing in Germany, supporting the Department of Defense for the European, Middle East and Africa regions.
Prior to Cisco, Rich was a network consultant for various federal and enterprise customers. He also spent nine years in the military as a Navy Corpsman supporting several units within the Navy and Marine Corps.
Mr. Campbell has extensive knowledge of the Department of Defense, and Intelligence agencies from both an end user and customer perspective. He is a trusted advisor to the various Branches of service, and Homeland security and has been designing and building networks and data centers for over 16 years. Rich resides in Raleigh, NC and is a father of two teenagers.
