Former U.S. Representative Philip English (R-PA) is co-chair of ITIF's board.
As a senior government relations advisor at Arent Fox, he assists clients in the areas of tax, trade, energy, and state and municipal government operations issues. He also serves as co-chair, along with former Senator Byron Dorgan (D-ND), of the firm’s government relations practice. While in Congress, he was a member of the congressional Joint Economic Committee and the House Ways and Means Committee, as well as a congressional representative to the President’s Export Council.
