Lynda Martin is the Director of Learning Strategy for McGraw Hill’s Strategic Solutions Group with over 20 years of experience. In her current role, she identifies new supplemental product opportunities. She defines the instructional strategy vision for those products based on learning and teaching best practices in the specific content area(s) of focus. She conceptualizes and presents multiple solutions to meet the identified product objective and defined learning and instructional strategies. She leads cross-functional teams to prototype, test, and iteratively refine these new digital solutions to bring them to market.

She is passionate about creating effective and engaging digital learning solutions for students that also provide teachers with the just-in-time data they need to improve outcomes for those students. A former middle and high school math teacher, she has a dual degree in Mathematics and Math Education from Georgia Southern University. She lives in Westerville, Ohio with her husband David, three children, and two cats.
