Kristin Cotter

Kristin Cotter is Director of Operations and Administration at ITIF. Previously, Kristin worked at multiple nonprofits in Washington, DC, with experience at a research center and various government agencies. She holds a master of science degree in security studies from University College London and a bachelor of arts degree from Princeton University’s School of Public and International Affairs.
