Kate Jones
Kate is an Associate Fellow at the International Law Programme at Chatham House. She focuses on cyber and human rights law issues, and is author of Chatham House’s research paper Online Disinformation and Political Discourse: Applying a Human Rights Framework.
Kate is based at the University of Oxford, where she is a member of the Law Faculty and directed the Diplomatic Studies Programme, a set of postgraduate courses for diplomats.
