Jocelyn Brown-Saracino
Jocelyn Brown-Saracino is the Offshore Wind Energy Lead for the US Department of Energy (DOE). Jocelyn helped contribute to the establishment of the 30 GW by 2030 goal and is leading DOE’s subsequent implementation efforts. Prior to assuming this role, Jocelyn served as DOE’s Wind Energy Environmental, Siting, and Workforce DevelopmentProgram Managerand before that, as manager of the US Department of Energy’s wind energy, hydropower and marine energy environmental research portfolios. She holds a Master’s Degree in Marine Science from the University of New England and a Bachelor’s Degree in Biological Sciences from Smith College.
