Jacek Warda
Jacek Warda is president of JPW Innovation Associates Inc., a company specializing in comparative analysis of innovation policy measures with a focus on tax incentives. Mr. Warda has consulted with OECD on the B-index, the European Commission (chair and member of expert groups), and the government of Canada on innovation policy matters. He is co-author of the 2012 ITIF comparative study on R&D tax incentives. Jacek is former principal research associate at the Conference Board of Canada, where he spent 20 years developing programs in innovation policy research. He holds an MA in Economics from the University of Windsor and earned a diploma in Public Administration from Carleton University.
