Dinand Tinholt is Vice President with Capgemini Consulting. Dinand started his career as a consultant in the field of supply chain management. He worked internationally for global clients in the field of energy, manufacturing & production as well as the services sector and government. After that he worked for more than five years as the manager of a data management and -analysis unit of a regulatory authority in the domain of energy and utilities.

Dinand is Capgemini's global EU Account Executive and leads the European Data Portal (EDP) project. He is actively involved with numerous international public sector organisations and governments across the world. Dinand is involved in activities in the field of Digital Transformation, public sector innovation, Artificial Intelligence, Cyber Security, Smart Cities and Open Data.

Dinand holds a Master in Public Administration and an Executive MBA.
