Dev Shenoy

Dr. Dev Shenoy is Chief Engineer, Advanced Manufacturing Office, at the U.S. Department of Energy. Prior to that, he served as Senior Advisor at the Manufacturing and Industrial Base Policy (MIBP) Office within the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) at the DOD, where he co-led, with the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy (OSTP), a Telecom initiative on optical networks. Prior to that, Dr. Shenoy was a Program Manager at DARPA, (Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency), the blue-sky research arm of the Pentagon, where he managed over $100 M in cutting-edge Electronics and Photonics programs.
