Christina Huntzinger is a May 2020 graduate of the Center for Latin American Studies at the Georgetown Walsh School of Foreign Service in Washington, D.C. She completed an extended version of this report as a Capstone for her M.A. in Latin American Studies, with a focus on political economy and development.
