# Ashley Shillingsburg
**Senior Manager of Government Relations**

Ashley Shillingsburg manages Federal Government Relations for eBay. Ashley has spent the majority of her career in tech policy, including nearly 10 years in senior positions on Capitol Hill. As Deputy Chief of Staff and Legislative Director for Congressman Dave Loebsack (D-IA), Ashley drove the congressman’s legislative agenda and managed his work on the influential Energy and Commerce Communications and Technology Subcommittee. Additionally, Ashley served as Deputy Chief of Staff and Legislative Director for Congressman Bob Brady (D-PA), overseeing his work as a senior member of the House Armed Services Committee. Prior to working in Congress, Ashley spent 2 years consulting for telecommunications clients for a government relations firm. Ashley has a B.A. from Georgetown University, and lives in Washington, DC with her husband and two children.
