Angeles Navarro

Angeles Navarro is in charge of Iberoamerica at OpenDataSoft. She studied international law at @udlap in Mexico, and a Master in Public Affairs at the Institute of Political Studies in Paris (Sciences Po). Her Master's Capstone Project with the Interamerican Development Bank (IDB) focused on the challenges of open data policy implementation in Latin American municipalities. As an open government advocate, Angeles has founded and participates in civic associations that focus on participatory democracy, transparency, open government and civic tech.
