The panel is part of the event "IBM's Frontiers of IT: A Capitol Hill Briefing on the Role of Technology in Government Capitol Visitors Center." At a time when lawmakers are seeking ways to lower costs while improving services, key transformative and emerging technologies that can reshape how government streamlines services to improve the lives of citizens.
